6 months cleaning. teeth looked good according to hygienist and doctor.

hygienist measured pockets. couple spots measured 4 mm. she said that gums may be inflamed and that numbers can always improve. the lower the number the better. she mentioned that most people w/ healthy gums measure 3 mm.

talked about floss. told her I prefer to use easy glide. glides normally used by those w/ tight contacts. she said that woven floss much better at picking up plaque and tartar. will start posting brands of floss when purchased.

doctor checked for throat cancer by feeling me up. normal.

mentioned to him teeth sensitivity to hot and cold. he said that it may be due to the type of toothpaste I use. told him I avoided all whitening toothpaste... and that all brands contain hydrated silica. will start posting brands of toothpaste.

everything normal. just need to maintain until next appointment in 6 months.

visited kick ass dermatologist on 9.9.11.

reacted to glasses' nose pads. since skin became darker... I called it reverse vitiligo. been applying Porcelana for over a month. kick ass doctor noticed improvement. asked if applying cream only cosmetic. she said that it will take months for skin tone to even out.

couple weeks ago... on right thumb... noticed pimple. tried to squeeze that bastard. thumb became funky. doctor said I got a wart. she got a blade and then started to slice off my skin. fascinating to watch her do her thang... like a skilled Japanese chef cutting thin slices of sashimi. amazed I did not bleed. she then applied liquid nitrogen to the wart. frost bite on thumb. after few applications, she's like: you should start to feel pain. and I did. she then applied anti-pain cream. pretty cool procedure.

few months ago... had many dranks one night... blacked out... slept w/ Silhouette glasses on. when woke up... glasses split in 2. found old Oakley glasses from several cycles ago. reacted to funky green nose pads. assumed contact dermatitis... applied steriod cream to combat. finally purchased new Oakley glasses. reacted to nose pads... got them changed to hypoallergenic ones.

have not applied topical steroid cream since I got my new prescription glasses. wanted skin to heal on own. assumed taking long time because skin thinned from applying cream. visited dermatologist. she said that pigmentation changed. may take months to heal. frell frell frell.

hydroquinone the active ingredient in Porcelana. dermatologist wanted to prescribe a cream w/ 4% hydroquinone. decided to try 2% in case I react to product.

purchased the 'night skin lightening cream' to 'perfect and even skin tone while I sleep'. product supposedly 'fades dark spots' and 'evens skin tone'.

favorite line: with Porcelana Night, your skin will wake up to face a brighter tomorrow.

product "enriched w/ an exclusive blend of moisturizing honey, coconut mik and olive fruit extracts to help nourish and soften skin". true that. product "further enhanced w/ exfoliating microspheres and cleansing Bamboo extract, leaving hands lightly scented, deeply cleansed and feeling smooth and soft, while effectively fighting germs". true that.

dermatologist appointment scheduled 6 months ago. pretty timing. my doctor... w/ her kick ass Midas touch skiz-ills... told me to apply Cloderm for 4x each solar day for the rest of the weekend. Fancher that. she also told me not to wash my hands in scalding hot water. it feels pretty damn good. now... how did she know I did this? she noticed my fingers looked cooked. if I wanted to get the sensation of scratching w/out using my hand... she said to use cold water. Fancher that.

because I'm right handed... she assumed that I may have had a reaction to something I touched. whether a door knob... handshake... or even food. she mentioned that she herself reacts to mango sap. when at grocery store she avoids mangos. the other solar day... she noticed an allergic reaction on her hand. she realized it may have been mango sap transferred to other fruits.

as if from a movie... my liberal... progressive... far left enemies can kill me w/ a simple handshake. enemy can dip their hands in product containing lethal quaternium... like certain powder laundry detergents. if they shake my hand... I definitely would have a reaction.

I just know. since advised not to go to the beach... washed whites this afternoon. used Era Free liquid laundry detergent for the 1st time. no allergic reaction. several hours have passed and my fingers actually look better now than this afternoon.

applied Mupirocin on affected and skinless areas of fingers this morning. ointment helped soothe dryness.

called kick ass dermatologist's office and explained situation. instructed to use Cloderm cream 2x daily. love going to the beach. told not to go into the water... difficult for skin to grow. what?! how can I not go to the beach and get my aquatic on?!

Cloderm = steroid. thins the skin. I'm thinkin: part of my fingers have no skin... and I'm to apply Cloderm? doesn't make sense. I should just go to the beach. salt water will clean and heal my funky fingers naturally.

my plan of attack. avoid going into the cool Pacific for 3 solar days... apply Mupirocin hours awake... apply Cloderm hours asleep. see what happens. celebrate healed fingers by getting my aquatic on this Friday afternoon.

allergic reaction on fingers.

parts of pointer fingers and right middle finger skinless. very painful.

hands come into contact w/ who knows what. as for products that contain my unknown fragrance nemesis... soap bar when I shower... bathroom soap foam when I wash my hands at work... soap liquid when I wash dishes at home... etc.

noticed allergic reaction 2 weekends ago... Saturday, 07.11.09. condition worsened this past Saturday.

today I realized perhaps its the laundry powder detergent. Saturday = laundry day.

I normally use Tide Free Powder. the Tide w/ Febreze Freshness Powder - Spring & Renewal is the only different product my hands have come in contact w/ the past 2 weeks.
